Outdoor construction, built properly.

A pergola that sways in the wind or a deck that rots after two monsoons isn’t worth building. We build outdoor structures the way they should be built — the right materials, the right fixings, the right treatment for the climate — and we handle the paperwork so you don’t have to chase permits.

Whether it’s a pergola for shade, a deck for entertaining, a gazebo, or a full outdoor kitchen, the goal is the same: something that’s safe, solid and still looks good in ten years.

What’s included

  • Pergolas, gazebos and shade structures, fixed or retractable
  • Decks and platforms in weather-rated timber or composite
  • Outdoor kitchens, counters and seating areas
  • Structural steel, masonry and carpentry as needed
  • Permits and approvals handled, where the local rules require them

FAQ

Do I need a permit for a pergola or deck?

It depends on the structure, its size and your local rules. We check before we start and handle whatever’s needed, so you’re not left with a structure that has to come down later.

What materials survive the Indian climate best?

For timber, weather-rated and treated wood or composite; for stone, properly sealed natural stone; for metal, powder-coated or galvanised steel. We spec materials for your site’s exposure — sun, rain and humidity — rather than whatever’s cheapest.

Can you build on a terrace or rooftop?

Yes, but the loading and waterproofing have to be right first. We check the structure and the waterproofing before we put anything on top of it — that’s the difference between a rooftop retreat and a leak.
